- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the worst title company I have ever encountered in my law practice. They sprang things on my client at the last minute twice. When we showed up for closing they gave my client the wrong set of documents for the other party. As the seller, my client returned two hours after closing (in the AM) and was told they didn't know if they have time to cut my client a check today.
